1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• For Standard Orders: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of order confirmation without incurring any cancellation fees.
• For Bulk/Custom Orders: Orders involving large quantities or customized products can be canceled within 12 hours of order confirmation. After this period, up to 50% of the total order value may be charged to cover processing costs.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. However, you may initiate a return or exchange in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy](link to return policy page).

3. Special Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability or production delays), Radiant Engineering Works reserves the right to cancel your order. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

4. Refund Process

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method used during purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

5. How to Cancel an Order

6. Non-Cancellable Items

The following items are not eligible for cancellation:

• Products that have been customized based on customer specifications.
