1. Eligibility for Returns

– You received defective or damaged equipment. – You received the wrong product due to an error on our part. – You wish to return an unused and undamaged product within the specified return period.
Please note that custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Return Period
– If you discover a defect within 15 days of delivery, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Authorization (RA) Number
– An RA number is required for all returns. – Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package being returned. – Returns without a valid RA number may experience delays in processing.
5. Return Shipping
– You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. – We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to guarantee the safe return of your item. – Shipping costs for eligible returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be reimbursed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
6. Condition of Returned Products
– Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and documentation. – Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
7. Refunds
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. – Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the receipt and inspection of the returned product.
8. Exchanges
– If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and would like a replacement, please indicate this when initiating the return. – Exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
9. Non-Returnable Items
